Policies
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship within 72 hours of your order being placed. We do not guarantee any processing or shipping window. We process every purchase in the order that it was received. We observe all Federal and National holidays.
All delivery times are based upon USPS priority mail standards. Each customer is sent a confirmation email which includes a tracking number to track packages as they travel to you.

We utilize USPS priority mail for all packages.
Overnight
We do not offer overnight delivery options.
Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Although we do not accept any returns of shipped products, for refunds or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships by emailing us: Hello@beesandberry.com
Return Mail or Undeliverable Mail
If we receive returned mail in our office through any error of our office, then we will reship your items and provide you a new tracking number. If mail is received as returned by way of wrong or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the cost to reship must be satisfied by the customer.
Damaged/Defective Products
Damaged or defective bottles may be replaced after contacting us via email: Hello@beesandberry.com
We strive to provide the best version of our products every time. We do not take it lightly if our customers receive defective items or damaged products. We will make it our first priority to replace your product to make it right. Please email us a pictured image of the damage or spill and we contact you for return process. We will send you a new tracking number when it is on its way to you.
Terms of Service
All orders are processed during business days.
Bees + Berry does not process during holidays or weekends. All products will ship within 4-7 business days. During major promotions please allow 5-14 business days
